Before you write
Three things turn a first reply from generic into useful: what you want to end up with (a company, a branch, a licence, a VAT number), where you are resident, and what already exists on your side (a foreign parent company, a signed lease, a name you have settled on). The rest we can ask about afterwards.
We do not publish a phone number. A question about Italian company law deserves an answer with the article of law attached, and that is a written answer. The only address we publish is info@goldblum.ch, and this form reaches the same inbox.
We do not publish service prices either. What an incorporation involves depends on the form of company, the number of shareholders, whether the notary sees you in person or by videoconference, and what you want us to keep doing after the company exists. We quote once those are known, not before.
